Terms of Use
Effective July 13, 2026. Throttle is operated by 21x20 Media, Inc..
Using Throttle
By using Throttle, you agree to these terms. Throttle provides public technical references, browser-side planning tools, benchmark material, and engineering guides. You are responsible for deciding whether information or generated output is suitable for your system.
Reasonable use
You may read, link to, and use Throttle for personal or commercial engineering work. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access or abuse controls, submit unlawful material, probe for data that is not public, or use automated traffic that degrades access for others.
Sources and ownership
Throttle compiles original explanations, normalized reference material, interface design, and tool logic. Provider names, product names, trademarks, and official documentation remain the property of their respective owners. A link or reference does not transfer ownership and does not imply endorsement.
Messages and corrections
You keep ownership of material you send through the contact or update form. You give us permission to review it, reply, investigate the referenced source, and use factual corrections to improve Throttle. Update submissions enter a private queue and never publish automatically. Do not send secrets, credentials, private API data, or material you are not allowed to share.
Availability and changes
We may correct, update, add, remove, or reorganize content and tools. We may also limit access that threatens the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent publication of any page.
No warranty
Throttle is provided as available, without guarantees that content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 21x20 Media, Inc. is not responsible for losses caused by relying on Throttle instead of current provider documentation, live response data, account controls, or testing in your own environment.
